The Wimbledon office benefits from an excellent team with a huge amount of experience on both the sales and lettings front. Office Head, Dominic Pasqua has worked in the estate agency business for over 35 years and Knight Frank for 14 years and has sold houses both in Chelsea and South London for most of that time. Diana Wormal, Partner, has recently been awarded a ‘Long Service’ award after completing 20 years with Knight Frank and has a wealth of knowledge about Wimbledon having worked in the area for many years. Our team also includes Tom Cope, who joined us in 2017 and has worked in the South West London area for several years. In addition, our latest recruit is Luke Johnson who, before becoming an estate agent 2 years ago, was a professional golfer. We pride ourselves on our customer service and have a 5* rating on Google Reviews.
Knight Frank lettings has an experienced team with over 25 years combined experience . Oliver Cooper, Department Head, has been in the lettings industry since 2005 with the large majority of this being spent in the SW London. Oliver learnt the ropes at a small independent agent in Isleworth before moving to an international agent in Richmond where he dealt with lots of high end properties, corporate tenants and relocation agents before moving to Knight Frank in 2012.
Oliver’s two colleagues are Negotiator Sian Wilson and Sophie Nickols.
Sian has over 6 years of experience in the property industry and has built an extensive knowledge of local areas and property markets across central and south west London. Having started her career in Chelsea as a Lettings Negotiator, she moved to the Knight Frank Wimbledon team in November 2017 focusing on families and professionals looking to rent in the Village, Wimbledon Town, Coombe and Putney.
Sophie started her property career in 2011, having lived and worked in south west London for the past 7 years and has built an extensive knowledge of the local area. Having started as a team assistant and then moving into a lettings negotiator role 5 years ago she gained a huge understanding of the lettings processes. She worked in Clapham for 5 years renting properties to young professionals and families, she then moved to the Knight Frank Wimbledon Office in July 2018 where she has made a successful start and let a range of properties.
The teams are supported brilliantly by Office Manager, Lucy Herbert, who manages the administration of the office to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
