We recently bought a house where Freddie was acting as a sales agent. Despite being an agent for the seller, the quality of his service to us was unparalleled. There were a number of times, he went above and beyond - chasing up solicitors, negotiating finer points o the agreement, ensuring that there are clear lines of communication between sellers and us. At one point he was even drafting legal documents! There were a number of times where we thought the transaction would fail, but Freddie was always able to work out to the solution to the problem of the day. We would not have had the house, without Freddie. If we ever have to buy/sell a house, Freddie would be the guy we would go to.

BEST AGENT EVER - Freddie! We met Freddie in April at a stunning property. Freddie was flexible in giving us a last minute lunch appointment on a Friday. Before making an offer we wanted to see the property again, and Freddie was flexible in giving us a very late evening viewing. Post that he helped us expedite the whole process to meet the 30th June deadline. He went out of the way e.g. endless chasing with solicitors, recommending good services for surveys, removals etc as well as staying on top of everything to enable us to close the transaction quickly. He was the reason we could reach very tough negotiation with owners, on price as well as contract terms. He took care of both the sides equally. Overall he was amazing and we enjoyed working with him. If we ever need a property agent again, it will have to be Freddie! My husband and I truly appreciate all the efforts and time he has taken to help us move quickly. He was kind to also show us around the property - showing us how all the doors worked, alarm systems etc. We think Freddie is a real star! We would recommend his services for sure.
