Kris started his property career in the summer of 2002 where he spent almost 4 years working for a large independent agency covering Mayfair, Marylebone, Hyde Park and St. James. He then joined a small independent in Holland Park covering Notting Hill and Bayswater. Kris Joined Knight Frank in 2011 where he spent 6 years advising and selling new builds on London’s riverside which was a niche offering in the London market at the time. In 2015 he opened the Battersea and Nine Elms office for Knight Frank on Queenstown road, following the set-up of Knight Frank’s 30th London office Kris made Partner in 2018 and joined the South Kensington office covering the Kensington and Chelsea borough. Kris who’s native language is Swedish is also fluent in Spanish having spent a considerable time in both countries, Kris has a wide client base both domestic and internationally, many of whom are repeat customers. Kris holds a university degree in Economics from Regents business School, London and a Masters in Real estate Finance from CASS business School, London.
