This offer is available for new sales instructions placed with Knight Frank LLP’s King’s Cross and Marylebone offices only between 1st May and 31st July where a sale is agreed “subject to contract” and conveyancers are instructed by both seller and buyer within the aforementioned Offer Period (dates inclusive).
