Our recent work highlights the diverse nature of our advice and includes: the refurbishment of Arriva’s head office in Sunderland; a 2,000 sq. metre warehouse extension for one of the dragons from the BBC’s Dragon’s Den; a new office for a special effects and computer games company; and a full feasibility for a planned low-carbon office refurbishment to bring it up to EPC B to futureproof it as an asset.
