Letting in Surrey
Our Lettings Team have over 85 years combined experience in both London & Surrey markets. This gives us an unrivalled approach and client base which enables us to source the best calibre tenants for our clients.
We rent properties in Cobham as well as within Surrey & Elmbridge including Esher, Walton, Weybridge, Oxshott, Leatherhead, East Molesey, Thames Ditton, Surbiton, West Byfleet and surrounding areas.
The year has started at a great pace, particularly on the Corporate side of things with over 25% of our viewings sourced from relationships with Relocation Agents & Direct Corporate Enquiries. The most noticeable spike has been from Corporate Oil Companies- generally having a budget between £2500pcm & £5000pcm.
This added to a stronger sales market means we are seeing a lack of properties coming onto the market which is gradually pushing competition and prices up.
Another marked change is the level of enquiries at the upper end of the market looking to rent with an option to purchase, this is something that was heavily reported in Londons success last year which is a good sign for the year to come in Surrey & the Home Counties.
Bearing this in mind we are confident that we will maintain this level of demand throughout the year and therefore would very much welcome the opportunity to provide a rental appraisal for Landlords considering letting as an option.
