_Richard Curran and David Sajner appointed to the Management Board of Knight Frank, Czech Republic
Richard Curran MRICS (50) joins Knight Frank as a Managing Director with responsibility for managing the company's operations and growing the business. A graduate of the National College of Ireland, Richard began his career at Cushman & Wakefield (formerly Healy & Baker) before joining CBRE in 2004 as Head of Agency. From 2008 until March 2020 he held the position of Managing Director at CBRE, Czech Republic.

Ing. David Sajner, MSc (40) graduated from the CVUT in Prague and then obtained degree of MSc Real Estate Investment and Management at Sheffield Hallam University & Nottingham Trent University in Great Britain. With more than 15 years at Knight Frank, he gained extensive experience with the sale and acquisition of commercial properties such as office buildings, shopping centres, logistics and hotels, all around the Czech Republic. He specializes in the sale of properties requiring active asset management, searching for development and investment opportunities for local investors and Czech premium clients. David also deals with the optimization of real estate portfolios, real estate valuation and feasibility studies.
In his new role, he will continue to focus on commercial real estate investing, especially in the SMI (Small and Medium Investment) segment. "Knight Frank has a wide investment scope and, is one of the few consulting companies on the Czech market dealing with opportunities in the regions and services related to distressed assets. We have a database of investors, segmented according to their individual investment focus and the preferred size of transactions and thanks to that we are able to offer each investor a suitable investment opportunity", said David Sajner to his further plans.
