_Knight Frank secures 437,000 sq ft warehouse letting for ASOS
A joint venture between AEW and Allianz Real Estate launched in February 2019, the warehouse is the last major development plot on Fradley Park Industrial Estate. Current occupiers of Fradley Park include Tesco, DHL, Screwfix and Tile Giant.
The new build unit features a 15m clear internal height, 50 Kn/m2 floor loading, 36 lock level loading doors and six level access doors, as well as 33,000 sq ft of high quality offices. Along with a large secure yard, the site includes 540 car spaces.
This letting marks Knight Frank’s fifth acquisition acting solely on behalf of ASOS, including three sites in the UK, one in Germany and one in the US. MWRE and Avison Young represented the landlord.
