Set on the hills dividing Lucca from the Versilia coast, this stunning estate offers incredible views over the Tyrrhenian sea on one side, and the renowned Tuscan countryside on the other. The estate includes a 15th century villa, three exquisite cottages, two swimming pools and approx 42 acres of land, including an olive grove with around 800 olive trees.

This villa was one of the first built on this hill overlooking the coast, and it is currently divided into four units but could be easily reconnected as a whole.
