_Knight Frank Asset Management team makes two senior hires as it nears £3bn AUM

Knight Frank has appointed Janet Franklin as a Partner to lead its mandate with the Mercers Livery Company, whose property portfolio is focused on the Covent Garden area of the West End and the City of London. Janet joins from Avison Young, where she was a Director.

Mary Elizabeth Rankin has been appointed by Knight Frank as Marketing & Community Director for the Pollen Estate portfolio. Mary Elizabeth joins from the Chicago Loop Alliance, the body that represents businesses in Chicago’s Downtown area, where she was Marketing Director. Prior to this she worked in communications for the Portman Estate and Heart of London BID. 

Knight Frank’s total assets under management in the UK have increased from £1.7bn in 2016 to almost £3bn, rising by 15% within the past twelve months alone. Knight Frank’s Property Asset Management team manages 2900 properties, and collects over £800 million rent and £55 million in service charges each year across its 280 staff members.
