_Knight Frank wins Alternative Sector Award at EG Awards 2018

Advising on over £28.3bn a year, Knight Frank is the UK leader in alternatives with dedicated Healthcare, Automotive, Hotels and Student Property teams. 

The Alternative Sector team had its best year yet in 2017/2018, having been a pioneer in the sector through its launch a decade ago.

The Healthcare team is the top advisor in the market, advising on 70% of major transactions across the UK, whilst the Student Property team continues to outperform its competitors and remain the authoritative voice and market leader in UK student investment.

Established in 2014, our Automotive team is now the largest dedicated team of its kind in the UK, with a 25% market share. The Hotels team continues to advise on numerous landmark deals on both the agency and valuation side, including an investment deal with AccorInvest into a portfolio of 891 hotels spread throughout Europe, Africa, South America and Australia.
