Knight Frank has acquired approximately 10,420sq ft of space in Arndale House for the company as it looks to expand its 85-strong workforce.
Partner Mark Bamber, of the office agency team, said: “Arndale House has recently undergone a great fit-out and that, combined with the location in the heart of the city, is an attractive proposition for companies looking to recruit staff. Connectivity with good public transport and having facilities on the doorstep play an important part in making the decision.”
OneFile has revolutionised the way apprenticeships are delivered and won a Queen's Award for Innovation in 2017.
Chris Whalley, co-founder and managing director, said: “The new offices provide us with a much better location and more collaborative space in which to achieve our vision of shaping the futures of a million by people by 2020. We were extremely satisfied with Knight Frank and their support with this move.”
The firm has agreed a five-year lease.
