_Knight Frank strengthens its industrial property team in Leeds
Tom joins Knight Frank from Sanderson Weatherall in Leeds, where he worked for six years, first as a graduate surveyor and then as a senior surveyor in the corporate recovery, office agency and industrial property departments.
Tom, who studied geography at Northumbria University and estate management at the University of Reading, specialises in the disposal and acquisition of industrial, distribution and trade counter space, as well as commercial development opportunities in the Yorkshire region.
He commented: “I'm looking forward to working for an international consultancy and the exposure this offers and I hope to continue to build on Knight Frank’s regional industrial strengths.
“It is an extremely exciting time to be joining Knight Frank’s strong and experienced Yorkshire industrial team, as we are involved with some of the most high-profile buildings and development schemes in the region”.
