Knight Frank has today announced the launch of a new Private Residence Consultancy team
Merging the existing services of Knight Frank Home Solutions and Country House Consultancy, the new Private Residence Consultancy team has been formed to offer clients and customers a full, seamless suite of services throughout their property lifecycle.
The new team will not only support customers from exchange through to completion, but will also offer advice once clients take ownership of the property. Services will include removals and project management; staffing and staff procurement for private residences; property management, including staff management and accounting; and consultancy, with regards to running costs, budgeting, insurance, security, and health and safety.
Mark Allen and Michael Toogood, Partners at Knight Frank who will jointly head the new Private Residence Consultancy team, said: “By combining two existing offerings and providing a full suite of services through one dedicated team, Knight Frank’s clients and customers will have complete peace of mind that all of their property needs are being taken care of.
