Valuing rural property

Every farm, land or estate valuation is carried out by a RICS qualified rural practice surveyor. RICS approved valuations are carried out for a range of purposes across England, Wales and Scotland including secured lending, probate, Capital Gains Tax, matrimonial proceedings, company accounts and for compulsory purchase and blight/extreme hardship cases. We are also able to value renewable energy projects across the UK.
