The Knight Frank Residential Valuation and Consultancy Department includes a dedicated European Valuation team.
What can this team provide?
Valuation advice for private individuals, private and public companies, the major clearing banks and private lending institutions.
Formal valuation reports for various purposes including secured lending, internal accounting, capital gains tax, wealth tax, inheritance tax and matrimonial matters.
Expert Witness reports for litigation purposes and matrimonial proceedings in accordance with the Civil Procedure Rules.
Valuation reports in accordance with the requirements of The RICS “Red Book”.
Pre-purchase building surveys and diagnostic reports on building defects.

Working closely with our European network of Associate offices and Knight Frank representatives, we have valued properties across Europe including France, Monaco, Switzerland, Italy, Belgium, Spain, The Balearics, Portugal, Croatia and Turkey.
We have valued properties ranging from €400,000 to €170,000,000.
Properties valued have included Villas, Farmhouses, Chateaux, Country Estates, Ski Chalets, Apartments, Plots of land for development purposes and property portfolios.
We can also offer a valuation service for properties based in the Caribbean.
