Rural property valuations
The property valuation of Farms, Estates and Equestrian property is carried out by five Rural Practice Surveyors within the Residential Valuation and Consultancy Department.
Formal “Red Book” Valuations are carried out for the full range of purposes across England, Wales and Scotland. We regularly provide rural property valuations for Secured Lending, Probate, CGT, Matrimonial Proceedings, Company Accounts and Blight.
Clients include Public and Private Businesses, Private Individuals and Institutions.
