Knight Frank's National Country Department

Based in central London, has dealt with the sale of country houses, farms and estates for over 100 years. Our Country Team has expanded with our success over the years and now extends to 24 negotiators selling Country property- the largest in the marketplace.

The high number staff in our team ensures that we provide both buyers and sellers with the highest degree of pro-active agency available. We have both in-depth experience and first-hand knowledge of the house and estate marketplace as the vast majority of our staff still have their roots in the country.

We have property records dating back 100 years

There are many occasions when we are asked to sell a property for the 3rd, 4th or 5th time. We keep records going back 100 years and several of our team have over 20 years of experience and have themselves sold the same houses several times.
