Knight Frank has a team of NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) qualified Facilities Managers all our managed properties are assigned a dedicated Facilities Managers to ensure health and safety compliance in all areas.
The facilities managers are provided by Knight Frank Promise, a wholly owned subsidiary company of Knight Frank which was established to employ all onsite staff.
Our FM services include:
- Regular site inspections and attendance
- Liaising with onsite staff and contractors as required to ensure high standards are met
- Procurement and review of contracts to guarantee cost effectiveness
- Using dedicated CAFM system to track and monitor health and safety compliance
- Data reporting on health and safety compliance to client and third parties
