With over 20 years’ experience in the affordable housing sector, Sue heads the Knight Frank Affordable Housing team. Sue specialises in the delivery of complex mixed use development and provides advice to a broad range of clients on maximising affordable values, master planning, value engineering and delivering successful management strategies. Sue also provides expertise directly to RSL’s on site purchase and bidding strategies.

Tim has worked in agency, investment, local authority and housing association environments in London over the past 19 years. Current schemes include regeneration, master planning and mixed tenure developments with their associated sustainability, management, viability and service charge challenges.

Gemma's experience of carrying out analyses of viability and housing need for Local Authorities is an asset to the team as is her work for developers to achieve an effective partnership between developer and affordable housing provider to secure the best provision and maximum value. Linked to this, Gemma also has experience of bidding to the Housing Corporation for grant on behalf of developers, under the regulations implemented in the Housing Act 2004.

Katie has recently joined the team after completing a BA in Geography and has experience of interrogating the implications of affordable housing policy. Katie is competent in determining financial viability and assessing the impact of policy on mixed use development schemes. She is also involved in bidding for grant under the current Housing Corporation bid programme.

Andrew, a full Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, has considerable experience in residential and mixed use development proposals; monitoring project feasibility and the preparation of viability studies; urban regeneration and development. Andrew is a Partner within Knight Frank’s Residential Development Consultancy Department in the North of England.

Liam is Head of the Knight Frank Residential Research department. He leads and co-ordinates projects for clients including: public sector organisations, developers, investors and funders. In recent months Liam has worked on projects offering support for residential property strategies in local, regional, national and international contexts.
