UK Residential Property Valuations

The Knight Frank residential valuation & advisory team comprises RICS qualified surveyors providing formal valuation and consultancy reports on residential and rural properties, including bespoke small developments, throughout much of the UK and Europe.

This is for a wide range of purposes including loan security, taxation, development appraisals, strategic reviews, purchase advice, accountancy, expert witness and matrimonial proceedings. Our clients include trustees, high street and private banks, solicitors, private clients, charities and funds.
