KF restructures in Leeds

London, UK – Knight Frank has restructured its Leeds office following three members of its Commercial team, principally involved in Industrial and Valuations: Mike Dove; Mike Haigh; and Jonathan Phillips, being placed on garden leave with immediate effect. They have advised the Company that they wish to pursue alternative career paths and plan to set up their own business.
Stephen Hodgson remains Head of Yorkshire and the office will be run on a day to day basis by an executive consisting of Leeds Partners: Henrie Westlake, Alex Munro and Chris Tolson whom together will continue to operate and grow the business.
Alistair Elliott, head of commercial division at Knight Frank said: “It is always disappointing when good people leave, they have decided to pursue alternative paths and I wish them well. However we must move on, our acquisition of niche logistics consultancy C2G in May this year has already had a positive impact in strengthening our Logistics and Industrial service line, providing us with a first class national platform. In Leeds it is business as usual as we have fantastic teams in place, which will continue to provide the high levels of service expected by our clients. We have discussions in hand with a variety of new recruits upon which I expect to make further announcements very soon.”
