Knight Frank expands its team in Milton Keynes

Milton Keynes, UK: Knight Frank’s team in Milton Keynes is getting ready for the imminent move into brand new offices in thehub:mk with the recruitment of two new members of staff.


Denise Richardson, who has eight years experience of the Milton Keynes’ property market, takes on the newly created role at Knight Frank as Sales and Marketing Coordinator. Mikaela Griffiths, who previously worked with Connell New Homes, joins as Sales Negotiator.
Denise and Mikaela will work with Mark Johnson, head of new homes sales for the region.

Knight Frank’s Milton Keynes residential development office, which opened in the city eighteen months ago, is relocating to thehub:mk. Knight Frank is taking 11,000 sq ft on a 10 lease on the ground floor at thehub:mk, 7 Rillaton Walk, thehub:mk, Milton Keynes, MK9 2HZ from developers Frontier Estates. The brand new premises are centrally located in Milton Keynes’ most exciting, vibrant inner city living development, within close proximity of the train station.


thehub:mk is the £150 million city centre development comprising residential apartments, retail outlets and numerous high quality restaurants all set around a central Piazza.


Knight Frank will open the doors of their new premises in the next month. Knight Frank is moving from its current location in serviced offices at Exchange House, 494 Midsummer Boulevard.
