Knight Frank acquires Irish residential and commercial property consultancy

London, UK – Knight Frank LLP has strengthened its European network with the acquisition of Dublin based Ganly Walters Limited.
Ganly Walters is one of Ireland’s leading property consultancies, to the fore in commercial property services and amongst the top three specialists in fine country property, quality Dublin and overseas residential property.
Its 40 plus strong team specialises in providing strategic advice to its corporate, institutional, and private clients in Ireland and internationally, on property sales and acquisitions. It provides commercial property services to owners and occupiers of industrial, office, retail and development land, as well as town planning and development consultancy throughout Ireland. Dating back to 1847, it has a great tradition, especially in country property and provides a full range of services to owners and buyers of period country houses and estates, stud farms, farms and agricultural land.
