Knight Frank expands in Sevenoaks

Knight Frank is delighted to announce that it is opening a new office in Sevenoaks, Kent, to accommodate the flourishing Sevenoaks property market.
Located in a prime position in the High Street, the office will include both residential sales and residential development teams, headed up by Edward Rook, Partner, who is moving across from Knight Frank’s London-based Country Department.
Edward, a qualified Chartered Surveyor, has been with Knight Frank for 13 years and lives just outside Sevenoaks. For the last eight years, he has headed up the South East team in the Country Department, focusing on the sale of country houses in Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
Edward says: “Knight Frank has been looking to set up an office in Sevenoaks for several years; the profile of the area, its people and its housing stock fit extremely well with our core market and business plan to secure prominent High Street premises in premier regional centres, enabling us to offer the best service to our clients. The town has flourished in recent times, attracting many new residents due to its excellent communication links and exceptional range of high quality schools, making it an extremely desirable residential area.
“The High Street location of our office means we can give our clients great exposure to the local market, as well as further afield through our growing network of Home Counties offices. The Sevenoaks office will enhance our presence in Kent alongside our established Tunbridge Wells office to the south, and we will also be supported by the London based Country House Department to the north.”
