It is not easy being an Estate Agent in 2022/2023, we have just managed to get a sale to exchange via Natalie and her colleagues in KF Weybridge. A process we started in 2022 originally with a different agent, whose cash buyer turned out not to have quite as much cash as represented! Even with KF, we have had set backs, however the problems have not been caused by Natalie and her team, slow solicitors, extra paperwork requests and getting a mortgage offer issued are not under their control or fault. What we have had is great communication, genuine interest and effort to overcome the hurdles and in the end a sale agreed. Not an easy market or process, Natalie has made it less stressful and frustrating than it could have been and got the deal done.
