The rural village of Virginia Water is located on the Surrey/Berkshire borders, just outside the M25, about 26 miles from the centre of London with attractions such as Virginia Water Lake, Windsor Great Park, Windsor Castle, Savill Gardens, Ascot racecourse and many more within an easy drive.
The area covered by our Virginia Water office incorporates the Wentworth Estate with its 3 internationally renowned 18 hole golf courses and some of the most prestigious property within the Home Counties. The much improved Wentworth Club offers world class facilities with its dining rooms, golf courses, tennis and health club, so the local resident doesn’t need to go very far for the best of everything. It is these ingredients, together with Virginia Water’s easy access to London, the airports and fantastic schools which makes it such a winner. The mainline railway service to London Waterloo takes approximately 45 minutes.
There are good local facilities for the equestrian enthusiasts including the recently rebuilt Ascot racecourse, polo at Smith’s Lawn in Windsor Great Park and the Royal County of Berkshire Polo Club.
The region also offers an abundance of exceptional schools such as Eton College, Papplewick, Sunningdale, St Mary’s, Hurst Lodge, St George’s, St John’s Beaumont, the American Community School and TASIS in Egham.

The office not only deals with property sales within Virginia Water, but extends further afield to Englefield Green, Windsor and Longcross. We are also closely linked with our Ascot branch and further support comes from our Country Department in London with James Cleland and Edward Shaw specifically assigned to the North Surrey area. Antony is based at the Virginia Water office and has overall regional responsibility for the Home Counties network. Antony has been with Knight Frank for 26 years, most of which has been spent in the Thames Valley area.

Clive also has extensive local experience with 20 years in the field and he concentrates on Windsor, Dorney, Englefield Green, Longcross and surrounding areas.

Ann is our Office Manager, taking care of administrative aspects of the office and also providing valuable sales support.
