William heads the Exeter office and has over 15 years experience as a qualified land agent and estate agent. He joined Knight Frank in 1997 and moved from London to the West Country in 2002. He specialises in the sale of country houses, farms and rural estates.
Sandy Davenport
Sandy has worked for Knight Frank in Exeter for over 10 years and has over 20 years experience in estate agency. For the past two years, although based in Exeter, she heads the Waterfront Department covering the UK.
Edward Tallack
Edward joined Knight Frank in 2006 with 20 years experience in estate agency. He specialises in property throughout South Devon, the South Hams and South Cornwall.
Freddie Cartwright
Freddie joined the Exeter office in 2004, having previously worked in estate management in Devon. He specialises in the sale of property on Dartmoor and throughout West Devon and North Cornwall.
Richard Speedy
Richard joined Knight Frank in 2004 and has since re-located from London to the West Country. He has set up a new department specialising in the sale of Exeter City centre town houses and properties in the surrounding villages.
Simon Scott-Nelson
Simon joined the Waterfront department of Knight Frank this year after 10 years dealing with exclusive waterfront developments. He deals with waterfront properties throughout the South West.
