Of course KF is a very reputable agency. However, your experience is with the individuals in a particular office - in our case Cobham. I am reasonably experienced and have had interactions with other agencies over time. Throughout the process of the sale in a very thin market, I was very surprised by the advice that Dan and Tom gave me. They showed a professional conduct that I had rarely seen before. They put the interest of the client over and above the financial outcome for the firm. This is very rare because estate agency is not a repeat business – a client does not have ten houses to sell in Cobham. So … if you are considering selling, I wholeheartedly recommend Dan and Tom.
