The house brochure was excellently presented with high quality photography, concentrating on key selling features/ views of the property.
Your realistic advice was appreciated on receipt of offer, and from a sellers perspective feel it is important an agent clearly communicates the realistic position – rather than what the seller may want to hear!
In addition the constant attention to detail and regular follow up was important when the purchaser became less diligent in meeting the time and date commitments they had made. You left me with a high degree of confidence the sale would be progressed despite being out of the country for the most of the time the sale was proceeding. It was also useful in you assessing the correct time for buyer and seller to speak directly to sort out differences to ensure clear communication when a buyer is having second thoughts re moving ahead with commitments."
