"The market in Chelsea has been particularly active across the board over the past couple of weeks with lots of people looking to secure a property prior to their summer break. Some incredible prices have been achieved, the most notable of these surely being Gilston Road where we sold an un-modernised house for well in excess of £3000 per square foot.
To date, we have not seen any negative impact on the Chelsea market because of the Eurozone crisis. If anything it has been quite the opposite and people see property in the area as a safe place to invest their money in. The biggest problem that we have is the continued lack of quality stock. Whilst we as a company continue to show that we are one of Chelsea's top selling agents, the stock that we get is still not enough to satisfy the demand that we have from the large numbers of quality buyers that we have on our books"
