Harrogate Estate Agents Knight Frank celebrate Web Award

For many it is the obvious equivalent to a permanent newspaper regularly updated, available 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year, with many sites offering a raft of enticing features over and above the information one might find in a normal sales brochure.

It is against this background that Knight Frank are delighted to announce our global property search website has won the title of “the worlds’ best real estate agency website” at the International Residential Property Awards 2009 held in the USA at the end of last month.

This follows Knight Frank being awarded 5* in the Daily Mail UK Property Awards 2009 for the “Best UK estate agency website”.

So why you might say do we still produce hard copy brochures, advertise in newspapers, erect sale boards, use traditional mailing lists and have high street premises if our website is so good? 

Whilst our research shows that almost three quarters of potential buyers might start their search via the web, once into the buying mode, it’s essential an estate agent in Harrogate has a comprehensive arsenal of marketing tools available to entice potential purchasers to view.
