Double success in Henley for the Lettings Team at Knight Frank

Knight Frank’s lettings department have successfully secured tenants for ‘The Hamiltons’, a five bedroom detached home in Henley on Thames.
‘The Hamiltons’ came to the sales market initially, but Emma Riddell from Knight Frank’s Henley office knew the clients were keen to move north and as they had secured a rental home in Lancashire, Emma knew that they were keen to get some interest on the property.
Emma put the clients in touch with Gordon Hood of the Knight Frank’s Lettings team.
Following a successful first viewing a tenancy has been agreed and completed at the end of October.
Gordon comments; "The Hamiltons is a beautifully presented home, with the characterful exterior being mixed with an immaculately presented and modern interior which was offered in a very high standard.
"It is properties such as this that are ideal for the rental market, being located close to all the amenities within the centre of town. Having agreed the tenancy to a family relocating back to the UK, there were other interested parties so similar properties are urgently required.
"The Tenants fit the profile of a third of our tenancies that have been agreed to British applicants, who are returning to the UK from overseas".
The second success for the lettings team at Knight Frank was the Henley 10K. Completed by Gordon Hood who heads up the local lettings department on Sunday 9th October. Gordon completed the run as part of his wife’s company charity fund raising events. £520 was raised which has gone towards the Byte Night fundraising fund which raises funds in aid of Action for Children.
Knight Frank’s lettings team have experienced a terrific market over the summer months, with the majority of families securing rental homes before the new school year starts. This activity continues with families still looking to move, along with individuals seeking well presented homes and apartments.
