Office Head, George Clarendon, returned to his home county of Hampshire in 2010 after spending 10 years in Knight Frank's country department selling country houses and estates. With a total of 15 years' experience of the property market he focuses on all types of property in Hampshire, whilst specialising in the East, as he has lived in the Meon Valley for over 30 years. Bringing considerable knowledge and experience to the office, he has been involved in some of the most high profile sales in the last few years.
Tom Woods joined Knight Frank in 2004 and has become one of the market leaders for cottages, farmhouses and village property throughout southern Hampshire, and also specialises in the City market of Winchester.
Anna Van Blomenstein joined Knight Frank in 2006 and assisted in the opening of the Wandsworth office before moving to the Richmond office in 2009. It was Anna's desire to move to and work in the country so she made her move to Winchester in December 2014.
The smooth running of the office is carried out by a strong administration team. Elizabeth Bowden, office manager, has worked for Knight Frank for over 14 years. Liberty Lewis joined us a year ago and has grown up in the Winchester area. She has a passion for interior design.
The team are closely supported by our Country House team in Baker Street who help ensure our properties are marketed to the widest possible audience; in particular, Ed Cunningham who has worked and lived in the area for over ten years.
Andrew Rome, started his career in 1983 and joined Knight Frank in 1988, opening the Winchester office for Knight Frank in 1998. He is now Chairman of the South West Region for Knight Frank, based in the Winchester office, and specialises in selling the best houses in West Hampshire and the New Forest.
Bobby has specialised in the country house market since 2003 and throughout his career has acted solely on behalf of property buyers. Bobby specialises in the counties of West Berkshire, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset and South Oxfordshire, purchasing houses on both the open and private markets on behalf of his clients. A keen and experienced horseman, Bobby also provides a combination of first-rate market knowledge and bespoke local advice for the specialised equine buyers in his area.
Mark Russell has been advising clients on mortgages and alternative property financing structures since June 2001. He started his career with a mortgage brokerage and in 2009 created a new one where he developed a number of key relationships including one with a firm of international real estate agents.
