The team at Knight Frank Wimbledon
The Wimbledon office benefits from an excellent team with a huge amount of experience on both the sales and lettings front. Office Head, Dominic Pasqua has worked in the estate agency business for over 30 years and sold houses both in Chelsea and South London for most of that time. Diana Wormal, Partner, has recently been awarded a ‘Long Service’ award after completing 17 years with Knight Frank, and has a wealth of knowledge about Wimbledon having worked in the area for many years. Our team also includes Thomas Higgins, who joined us in 2013 and has worked in the South West London are for several years.
Knight Frank lettings has over fifty two years combined experience working in the lettings market. Ruth Barr, Department Head, has been in the lettings industry for over 26 years with the large majority of this being spent in the Wimbledon area.
Ruth’s two colleagues are Associate Debbie Pinkham and Senior Negotiator Oliver Cooper. Debbie has worked in the property market for over ten years. She is originally from Northampton and, after university, started working at her uncle’s estate agency, Scott Pinkham. She moved to London to work for Foxtons before joining Knight Frank four years ago.
Oliver has joined Knight Frank Wimbledon having had seven previous years in the lettings industry. Oliver learnt the ropes at a small independent agent in Isleworth before moving to an international agent in Richmond where he dealt with lots of high end properties, corporate tenants and relocation agents.
The teams are supported brilliantly by Office Manager, Lauren Chatfield, and Sales Administrator, Lucy Herbert, who manage the administration of the office to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
The team in Wimbledon are closely supported by our London network of 30 offices, our country house department, the residential development team at Baker Street HQ and the offices across the Home Counties, who help ensure our properties are marketed to the widest possible audience.
