Rupert Connell heads our Tunbridge Wells office and has been working in the property market since 1999 following a 13 year career as a broker in the City. He joined Knight Frank in 2005 and spent 3 years with the private client buying department The Buying Solution in the Home Counties, before helping to set up and establish Knight Frank Sevenoaks in 2008. In 2014 he moved to Tunbridge Wells to head the office where he specialises in the sale of residential property in and around Tunbridge Wells, Kent and East Sussex. During his career he has developed a reputation for integrity, professionalism and a determination to achieve the best results for his clients.
Simon Biddulph has been an estate agent since 1997 during which time he has gained considerable experience and built a reputation as one of the leading agents in the area. He specialises in the sale of property to the east of Tunbridge Wells including highly sought after locations like The Cranbrook School Catchment Area. Simon lives locally and has worked at Knight Frank in Tunbridge Wells since 2007.
Daniel Aldred joined Knight Frank in the Tunbridge Wells office in 2011 and specialises in the sale of property in the Town and its immediate surrounds. He has developed a detailed and in-depth knowledge of the Town market and this, coupled with the experience he has gained as an agent over the last 10 years, means he has become a highly effective agent ideally qualified to steer sellers through the process.
