Regional Head and Proprietary Partner, James Simpson has worked at Knight Frank for over 13 years. James is very familiar with North West London, having started as an office junior at an estate agents in St John’s Wood over 30 years ago. He went on to buy out the company from the owners 10 years later, and then sold it to Knight Frank in 2002, staying to run the office. His vision has developed the branch into one of the most profitable of Knight Frank’s network of offices. James deals with high net worth individuals and celebrities on a day to day basis.
Annabelle Coliadis who joined in 2011 has quickly become one of the youngest partners in the company, she has always resided in St John’s Wood and Little Venice and has an extensive knowledge of the area.
Daniel Daggers, a partner with over 18 years’ experience in selling property, deals with domestic and international high net worth individuals and is a member of Knight Frank’s ‘Global Wealth Team’. As part of this, he travels around the world to forge links with other offices and further expose our portfolio of London properties to the international market.
Jade Ireland is also a partner at the firm. Declan Selbo is the newest recruit making up the rest of the Prime Market negotiators.
Josh Marks heads up the Core Market team. Having worked in the business for over 6 years and having always lived in the area his experience and local market knowledge goes a long way. Working alongside him is Benji Weinberger and Jessica Bishop who between them have forged a hungry, energetic and dynamic trio.
Stevie Walmesley manages the lettings team of four including Craig Walters, Olivia Firmin and Vickie Kavanagh. All have excellent knowledge and experience of St John’s Wood and the wider London lettings market.
