With 30 years in property, plus chartered surveyor’s credentials, office head Luke Pender-Cudlip’s experience is extensive. He has been involved in property of all shapes and sizes (£60,000 to £60 million). His client base has also been varied, having dealt with those in finance, food, modelling, recruitment, sport, government, and people from all corners of the world.
Simon Barker is the other partner in the office, having joined in 1995. Simon was born in Sherborne and spent his early career in London. He concentrates on sales between £400,000 - £1.2m.
James McKillop works for the South West Desk in London’s Country Department and specialises in sales above £2m in the country house market. Ed Cunningham heads up the South West team in our London head office. He has 27 years of experience and has been involved in some of the landmark sales in Dorset, Wiltshire and Somerset over the years. Clare Guy has 16 years of agency experience and works from our head office in Baker Street. She helps collate details of all the best buyers looking in the South West. Recently she sold Ansty Manor and Chilmark House demonstrating how our London network adds value to the local Knight Frank offices.
The sales team is supported by Fina Stewart, Office Manager and Gemma Steele-Perkins, who have both had long careers with Knight Frank and are firmly established team members with excellent local knowledge.
Bobby has specialised in the country house market since 2003 and throughout his career has acted solely on behalf of property buyers. Bobby specialises in the counties of West Berkshire, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset and South Oxfordshire, purchasing houses on both the open and private markets on behalf of his clients. A keen and experienced horseman, Bobby also provides a combination of first-rate market knowledge and bespoke local advice for the specialised equine buyers in his area.
