Riverside living in London is literally sky rocketing in popularity: skyscrapers tower into the London skyline creating entirely new lifestyle development areas.
Initially the concept of Rupert des Forges, and set up by Sarah Harding in 2005, the Riverside office, now head by Matthew Smith, has pioneered the river as an exciting place to invest and live in the capital. Giles Barrett runs the Lettings team, which is one of the highest volume Lettings teams in the UK and continues to grow as new Riverside property expands east and west from the Riverside office in Norman Foster’s Albion Riverside, near Battersea Park.
The Riverside team works closely with many other offices as the river winds through the Capital and is in a unique position to offer new build luxury apartments to buyers and tenants throughout the city. The river is one of the most exciting and fastest growing areas in London and Riverside is destined to become one of the largest and most diverse of all London offices within the Knight Frank network.
