As Chair of the Commercial Board, Stephen is responsible for the Commercial business in the UK. In addition to overseeing our UK commercial offices, Stephen focuses on market-facing transactional business and providing strategic advice to clients.
The commercial teams provide the full range of transaction and consultancy services to institutional, private equity, family offices, sovereign wealth and real estate companies across all sectors including office, retail, industrial, leisure and occupier, as well as hotels, student accommodation, healthcare, and other emerging sectors across the UK and global markets. Over the past decade, Stephen has personally handled transactions across Central London totalling in excess of £12bn.
To achieve his mission of creating an ambitiously diverse business, Stephen has established a series of development boards, dedicated to evolving a new strategy and focused on engagement, collaboration and agility. Four new critical area boards have also been established to oversee horizon-scanning projects designed to take the business forward in data and technology, and to make a positive impact within local communities.
