Emma Goodford heads the Life Science & Innovation department based in Baker Street, Central London. Emma has 34 years’ experience in the M25, Thames valley and wider South East office and R+D markets, having previously led the National Offices team from 2006 – 2022. Emma has a deep understanding of the Golden Triangle markets of Oxford and Cambridge and how they interact with the developing sector in London. She has consulted on many mixed-use business park projects, gaining insight into factors which deliver success and tenant attraction and retention and in designing master plan concepts. Her ability to interpret occupier requirements has enabled her to structure a range of pre-let and leasing transactions. Her team are experts in the region and deliver local, regional, national and international benefits to clients assets.
