Damian Gray, the Oxford office head, has lived in Oxfordshire for over 17 years. Damian started at Knight Frank in 1988 and has run a number of different offices for the partnership doubling the size of the Oxford business, moving the teams to their flagship office in Summertown. Damian specialises in the sale and purchases of Country Houses within the region. During his career he has been involved in both high profile public property sales and discreet off market campaigns.
Harry Gladwin is responsible for Knight Frank’s core business in North and West Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds, covering villages between Eynsham, Lechlade, Burford, Witney, The Wychwoods and up to the Bartons, the Tew’s, and Chipping Norton. With a family who farm in the North Cotswolds, Harry has always lived in the area.
William Kirkland runs the City Department within the office and is a highly experienced estate agent with a 25 year career spanning both country houses, some commercial and retail and since 1998 a high profile role in the agency in Oxford. William is an expert in Summertown, Jericho, Iffley and Boars and Cumnor Hill.
Dane Spelina focuses on selling property in South Oxfordshire, North East Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Dane lives in Oxford and knows the area well having been schooled at Radley College. Dane covers the area around Faringdon, Wallingford, the Hanneys, the Moretons, around Didcot, the Haseleys and Miltons, Thame and up to Buckingham through Bicester and the Claydons.
Harry Adams joined Knight Frank’s Residential Sales Team in Oxford in 2016. Harry graduated with a degree in Business Economics in 2013 from Swansea University and has over two years’ experience in residential sales in Oxfordshire. Harry now works in the City Department and has an extensive knowledge of the area.
The team are supported by well organised support staff, including Office Manager, Karolina Hall (Karolina also runs the administrative side of Knight Frank Oxford), Rosie Plumridge, Samantha Young, Charlotte Parrington-Tyler and Sally Brown.
Residential & Building Valuations
The team also includes Kevin Lockyer and Abi Goodwin running the Residential Valuation department with George Jewell covering Farms and Estates valuations.
The teams on the residential side are closely intertwined with our Country Department in Baker Street London, which is the largest of any agent in the UK, with over 25 negotiators.
We also have a department responsible for the acquisition and disposal of farmland and estates, run by James Prewett, and a highly successful building surveying team run by James Carter-Brown with Daniel Maull, Owen Marsden, Andrew Buckingham and Louise O'Regan providing administrative support.

Jonathan Bramwell has specialised in the country house market since 1993 and moved from selling to buying in 2000. Since then he has focused on acting for buyers in Oxfordshire, the Cotswolds and surrounding counties. Joining The Buying Solution in 2011 Jonathan is regarded as one of the most respected and experienced operators in his market having acted for buyers and sellers on a significant number of the most prestigious country house, estate and farm sales over the last 20 years, a large proportion of which were off market. He is also now head of the TBS Country Team.

Mark Russell has been advising clients on mortgages and alternative property financing structures since June 2001. He started his career with a major national mortgage brokerage and in 2009 created a new one where he developed a number of key relationships including one with a firm of international real estate agents.
