The team at Knight Frank Exeter
Knight Frank Exeter is headed up by Mark Proctor. Born and raised in Devon, Mark joined the Exeter office in 2016 having worked for Knight Frank in London since 2004 in the St. John’s Wood and Belsize Park offices.
William Morrison started a career in property in 1992. He joined Knight Frank in London, in the residential sales Country Department in 1998, before relocating to the Exeter office in 2001. William successfully ran the office for 10 years and now specifically deals with the sale of farms and estates in the wider South West region.
Christopher Bailey joined Knight Frank in 2007, he spent five years with the Country House Department in London, before moving down to Devon with his family in early 2012. He covers the South Hams and Cornwall, concentrating on selling waterfront and country properties.
Edward Khodabandehloo has been with Knight Frank for two years, previously in our Bristol Office. Edward joined the Exeter office in late 2015 to head up the City Sales Department.
Edward Clarkson joined the Exeter team in early 2016 from The Buying Solution, the independent buying consultancy of Knight Frank. Edward has worked in the property industry for over 14 years and has an exceptional local knowledge of the West Country. He specifically deals with the sale of country property in Devon and West Somerset.
They are supported by Jessica Butterfield, Willa Halden and Madeleine Hurley who manage the administration of the office to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. The team in Exeter work closely with our Country House Department in London who help ensure our properties are marketed to the widest possible audience.
Hannah Pike is a rural Chartered Surveyor and Agricultural Valuer with almost 10 years’ experience specialising in the professional valuation of farms and estates, residential and equestrian property. She acts for a range of clients including private individuals, trusts, companies and banks.
Paddy Fleming joined Knight Frank in 2006 and has over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of commercial and residential development. Supported by Helen Morey, Paddy and the Residential Development team act for a range of landowners and the majority of national house builders.
Mark Lawson is The Buying Solution’s dedicated farms and estates buyer, providing his clients with a highly specialised service unrestricted by geographical boundaries. No other single consultant has such a comprehensive knowledge and insight of this exclusive market or access to its properties, many of which are offered privately to Mark and are therefore not available on the open market.
Mark Russell has been advising clients on mortgages and alternative property financing structures since June 2001. He started his career with a major national mortgage brokerage and in 2009 created a new one where he developed a number of key relationships including one with a firm of international real estate agents.
