Rosi Dow was our agent when purchasing our new home with Knight Frank. Right from our first interaction on the telephone, I felt like Rosi was really rooting for us to get our dream home. Her communication was excellent, and she kept us well informed at every stage of the process. She organised our viewings of the property very promptly which was wonderful! I could tell she held both our own interest, and her clients interest at heart which was really important to see. She was knowledgeable about the property and gave us useful information on how to go about applying for mortgage. Would highly recommend!

From our first meeting at the property, she was enthusiastic and welcoming and well briefed in all matters to do with the sale. As the process developed through to purchase, Rosi kept us well informed and even if she didn’t have instant answers to our queries, she very quickly came back with the information. She made the process easy for us and was always available with after sale assistance.

I wanted to write a review to say how impressed ive been with the Edinburgh team over the last few months. I have just completed a sale with Ricardo Volpi and from start to finish, he looked after me through the process. Whether helping get the flat ready for sale or knowing how to push the buyer for a sharper price, hes been brilliant. I know the team are all dealing with lots of clients at any one time with lots to juggle but Ricardo managed to make me feel like my flat was his priority. Hanna was also great. New to the team but well up to speed with all that was going on. My flat had three shared owners on it so she had the unenviable task of coordinating my mother, father, and myself! Im sure she's a great new addition to the team.

Edward and his team in Edinburgh were outstanding from start to finish. The enthusiasm and attention to detail was second to none. They went above and beyond in every aspect of the sale of our property and this was reflected in the sale, which surpassed all expectations. Leaving a house after 25 years is a traumatic experience so one needs to be dealing with an agency that fully understands that and can provide both the necessary practical input mixed with strong personal support. My wife and I found the Knight Frank team, in particular both Tom and Faith, very much in tune with our needs especially at times when difficult choices had to be made. I have no hesitation in giving them 5 stars.

We went with Knight Frank to sell our flat after meeting multiple property agents, because their staff stood out to be very responsive, positive, intelligent and professional. It can be hard deciding who to go with but Knight Frank were impressive in cutting out too much ‘sales’ talk and offered us realistic opinions and a price that we were happy with. They proved to be very reliable regarding all services required for the sale. We had an incident where an open valve from a neighbour’s pipe caused a leak into our flat while we were away on holiday. Knight Frank’s staff were extremely helpful during this short but stressful time, and went out of their way to mitigate the problem and work with the appropriate people who could fix it quickly. Every time we dealt with them they were pleasant, efficient and professional. We were very impressed and recommend them highly to anyone.
