Areas we cover

Living in Ravenscourt Park

Ravenscourt Park is a small cosmopolitan area, bordered by Hammersmith on its East and Acton and Shepherd’s Bush to the North.  The small area sits on the North side of the River Thames and centers around Ravenscourt Park itself, which is a 32-acre space that forms part of a Conservation Area. Residents find it is a quieter, more residential area than the neighboring Hammersmith, with good local schools, green spaces and a more relaxed atmosphere making it a popular choice with families.

The origins of Ravenscourt Park lay in the medieval manor and estate of Palingswick Manor, located on the site and first recorded in the 12th century. Today it is one of its borough’s flagship parks, spread over 32 acres and including tennis and basketball courts, a bowling green, an all-weather pitch, a walled garden, a paddling pool, multiple play areas for children, a tea house and a garden center.

Ravenscourt Park is well located for access in to Central London via the A4 and from Ravenscourt Park underground station (District Line).
