“I have recently completed a sale and purchase using the Knight Frank Bristol Clifton office, and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with this office. Whilst my purchase from Knight Frank wasn’t that small, my sale was, a relatively small property in comparison to the usual size that Knight Frank have on their books, and, admittedly, this made me a little nervous, from the perspective of “would they be interested in selling for me” or “would I receive a poor service because the property being towards the smaller end of their market”. I needn’t have worried, and the opposite was in fact true. Every single person in that office worked hard for me, covering for each other during periods of annual leave, and knew exactly the state of the sale. The communication channels remained opened at all times, and if they didn’t have an answer for me, they would find it quickly. Knight Frank’s fees were good value and reflective of the level of service received – even the photographer was included, which other agents tend to charge extra for. There were minor issues towards the end, caused by the purchaser of my property, that could have escalated into something much bigger, had Knight Frank not acted and got all the various parties talking again. Ultimately, I would wholly recommend Knight Frank Clifton to anyone who is thinking on selling their property – agreed, there may be other agents who charge 0.1% less in fees, but that removes the knowledge, skills and behaviours that you so very much need when going through a stressful experience like this. Specifically, Robin Engley & Rachel Hitchins continue to stand out from this branch, both of whom are real people, in the real world – something that is missing from other agents that are of similar size within the Bristol area.”
