Track record

  • Snow Hill Wharf, Shadwell Street, Birmingham: Instructed to dispose of the site on an unconditional basis. Concluded a sale with St Joseph Homes and planning achieved for a residential development consisting of 404 apartments.
  • The Chase, Knowle: Provided planning and consultancy advice to convert an old farm estate set within five acres to 12 residential houses in a prime area of Solihull.
  • Assay Lofts, Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham: Marketed the prime development site of 32 apartments overlooking St. Pauls Square. The opportunity attracted numerous interested parties and was sold to Elevate Property Group.
  • Drakelow, Burton-upon-Trent: Acted for Countryside Properties PLC to acquire a 272-acre development site with the potential for over 2,000 homes.
