"2014 has continued to be a prosperous year within the Bath market, we have seen a steady stream of buyers which has resulted in good price growth once again. There are also good signs that the market will finish strongly as the year draws to a close. Bath is not a difficult location to sell, ask anyone who lives here and they will tell you what a great place it is to live in. I also think we are now benefitting from the London market slowing down, where many people feel now is a good time to make the move. In my view Bath still represents excellent value for money, particularly when you think what you get when you live here. I think the key is we have seen steady price growth at a sensible level so things have not over heated. Christmas is often a time for planning so if you have a house which is on the market and not selling, or if you are considering a move in 2015, please do call us to arrange a free market appraisal. We feel that the 2015 market may well start very early due to the election in the Spring so do not delay."
