The commercial valuation team has expanded considerably over recent years to meet client demand. With a core valuation team based in London, plus a valuation network in fourteen regional offices, the department has the depth of experience, skills and personnel to undertake large instructions effectively and under tight time constraints.

We utilise industry accepted valuation systems including Circle, KEL and bespoke valuation programmes. The Knight Frank Research team work closely with Commercial Valuations. Research is an integral part of all client services and exists to strengthen all areas of professional service offered. We have significant database support both from external providers such as EGi, Focus, and EG Datawise. This is backed up with a dedicated business information enquiry team, all available to ensure the very best service is provided to Knight Frank's valuation clients. All systems are supported by comprehensive IT backup ensuring reliable and consistent service provision.
