Knight Frank was commissioned to place a major business park in its local, regional and national context in terms of economic and property market conditions. The study also involved forecasting future economic conditions with a number of scenarios, based on different economic and property assumptions, being tested. The analysis now provides the basis of the strategic decision process for the park.
